Can I change or cancel my order?

  • Because we process orders as quickly as possible, you must request changes or cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order. Requests after this time will be denied. You may return your order upon receipt for a full refund.

What payment methods do you accept?

  • We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments.

When will my order be processed?
  • All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse. Please allow additional processing time during holidays and sales periods. We process orders Monday through Friday. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of the order date and shipped the following day after the processing day. Please note: We do not ship on weekends.

How long does it take to receive my order?
  • Due to high demand, it may take 2-4 weeks for your order to arrive.

What if I don't receive my order?
  • If you do not receive your order within 30 days of shipping, you are eligible for a full refund.

Will I be charged customs fees and taxes?
  • The prices on our site are exclusive of taxes in EUROS, which means that you may be required to pay customs fees and taxes upon receipt of your order. Import taxes, customs duties and related charges may be charged once your order reaches its final destination and are determined by your local customs office. These charges are your responsibility and are not covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs in your country. For more information about charges, please contact your local customs office.

How do I return an item?

What if the items received are defective, incorrect or damaged?
  • If you have received incorrect, missing or defective items, please contact us. Please include your order number, photos of the item(s) and all relevant references upon receipt of your package. We will do our utmost to resolve your issue as quickly as possible.

When will I receive my refund?
  • All refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment. For credit or debit card payments, refunds will be sent to the issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact your bank with questions about when the funds will appear in your account. If you have not received your refund yet, please contact your bank/credit card company. It may take some time for the refund to appear in your account.
